By accessing and using ToolsStash ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.

2. Description of Service

ToolsStash provides free online image processing tools, including but not limited to:

  • Image compression and optimization
  • Image format conversion
  • Image resizing and cropping
  • Image editing and enhancement
  • Other image manipulation tools

All image processing occurs locally in your browser. We do not upload, store, or transmit your images to our servers.

3. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access and use the Service for personal and commercial purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title. Under this license, you may not:

  • Modify or copy the Service materials
  • Use the materials for any commercial purpose without proper attribution
  • Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the Service
  • Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
  • Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from:

  • Processing images that contain illegal, harmful, or offensive content
  • Processing images that violate intellectual property rights of others
  • Using the Service to distribute malware or harmful code
  • Attempting to interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Using automated systems or bots to access the Service excessively
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ToolsStash and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain all rights to the images you process using our Service. We claim no ownership or rights to your images.

6. User Content and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the images you process using our Service. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use and process the images. You agree to indemnify and hold ToolsStash harmless from any claims arising from your use of the Service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. ToolsStash makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all warranties including, without limitation:

  • Implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
  • Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
  • Warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of results obtained from using the Service
  • Warranties that defects will be corrected

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ToolsStash, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by ToolsStash. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

11. Advertising
